Sonja Morgan has just listed her Upper East Side townhouse for the fifth time.
After a number of failed attempts at unloading the massive, five-story property that she once shared with ex-husband John Adams Morgan, the Real Housewives of New York City star enlisted the Corcoran Group to help her either sell the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home or re-rent it for $32,000 a month.
According to the listing, Sonja’s townhouse is located on a charming tree-lined street just three blocks away from Central Park.
On the home’s first floor, as explained by 6sqft, a mosaic floor can be found in the foyer as a coat closet and powder room lead into a sizable living room and a sitting room with access to the terrace.
Outside of the ground floor’s sitting room, French doors lead to a gorgeously landscaped terrace.
Sonja’s townhouse, which boasts 4,645 square feet and was built in 1899, is available vacant or fully furnished with a full-service staff offered.
The second floor is where the kitchen can be found as well as a bedroom and the dining room.
The master suite can be found on the third floor and boasts a fireplace, custom storage, a dressing room, and a street-facing balcony. The floor also features two walk-in closets and a hall closet.
Custom marble floors, a sitting tub, and a stand-up shower can be found in the master bath.
A second bathroom can be found on the fourth floor, as well as another bedroom.
While the home has a stunning spiral staircase, there is also an elevator for those who don’t want to take the hike up five floors.
Throughout the home, designer items from the likes of Harry Schnapper, Jean Pierre Borg, Nancy Pearson, Joybird, Jill Zarin, Safavieh, Nicole Miller, Kravet, and Stark are seen, as well as a stunning chandelier by Murano.
Sonja hasn’t lived in the home since her daughter, Quincy Morgan, went to college.
The Real Housewives of New York City season 12 premieres on April 2 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
