David Beador‘s fiancée, Lesley Cook, shared a shirtless photo of her soon-to-be-husband on her Instagram Stories on Friday morning in hopes of promoting healthy habits among her online followers.
Amid the ongoing concerns regarding the spreading of the coronavirus, Lesley posted an image of the former Real Housewives of Orange County star and ex-husband of Shannon Beador posing with his back to the camera as he massaged his hands through his hair.
“Wash your hands like [you] are washing David Beador,” she wrote in the photo’s caption.
Just months ago, Lesley caused quite a stir after she shared a series of photos of herself and David posing together in their birthday suits while on vacation in Italy on Instagram. In addition to being labeled as Andy Cohen‘s “Jackhole of the Day” on Watch What Happens Live, Lesley was accused of being “trashy” by his ex-wife, Shannon, who was asked about the shocking images while attending BravoCon days after they were shared.
“Personally, I think it’s trashy, but to each his own. David can do whatever he wants,” Shannon said at the time.
Lesley and David got engaged at the end of January in Miami after two years of dating, and earlier this month Lesley replaced her engagement ring with a stunning new rock.
