Joe Giudice has released a statement regarding his recently denied deportation appeal.
Just hours after a judge from The United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit made the decision to enforce a previous order for his deportation, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member admitted to being heartbroken over the decision as he also shared his concern for his children’s future.
“As I proceeded with caution, hoping to win the judge’s sympathy, I was hoping to come home to my girls,” Joe told The Hollywood Gossip on April 29. “Today, according to U.S. immigration I was told I will never step foot in America again. My appeal was denied. The dreadful words no one wants to hear, especially now.”
“I always feel I belong in the United States with my family, not in Italy,” he continued. “My heart is aching. My limbs feel weak.”
Joe is especially devastated that he will not be able to return to the four daughters he shares with estranged wife Teresa Giudice, including Gia, 19, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.
“I won’t see my girls glowing smile that I loved waking up with every morning now,” Joe said.
According to Joe, he fears his latest appeal denial means his kids will grow up without him.
“That makes me scared it means that my kids world will be without me,” he shared.
Joe is able to fight the latest ruling and is currently considering how to move forward.
