Ramona Singer is calling out Dorinda Medley for her behavior while defending her decision to have her birthday party all to herself.
On last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City, we watched as Ramona brought Dorinda and Sonja Morgan [way] out of town to meet with party planner Larry Scott and assess an event space for her birthday party. Dorinda suggested Ramona share the party with Sonja, but Ramona refused, causing Dorinda to throw some shade — in person, in her confessionals, and on her social media.
Ramona then took to her Twitter to respond to several fans who tweeted at her (as well as Dorinda), calling out Dorinda’s ways and also defending her decision to keep the party to herself.
Ramona first responded to a fan who asked if Ramona was Dorinda’s “new target/obsession” on the show, shading Dorinda as a bad friend.
“Seems that way,” Ramona responded, agreeing with the fan’s assessment.

Another fan then came for Ramona’s behavior in the episode, calling her (and Sonja) out for being “rude.”
“Yes my behavior was horrible,” Ramona replied. “Should not of [sic] listened to Dorinda.”

It’s not exactly clear what Ramona was referring to in her tweet, but a fan’s response about her not listening to Tinsley Mortimer “at the table” of the tequila bar when she announced her moving to Chicago to be with fiance Scott Kluth might provide the correct context.
You should not HAVE listened to her at the table, but what’s the excuse for the night in Newport when you were a guest for dinner who would not be seated at the table and then blatantly ignored the host when you were asked to sit? Dorinda wasn’t involved in that instance.

Ramona then agreed with a fan who defended her decision to keep her birthday to herself, despite Dorinda’s suggestion she “share the shine” with Sonja.
“I threw a surprise party for @DorindaMedley and @SonjatMorgan last year [and] also season 4,” Ramona wrote. “I did a surprise party for Sonja with my bday party ….. How much more do I need to do[?]”

Meanwhile, Dorinda issued her response to Ramona’s comments, denying any influence on Ramona’s actions.
“I had zero influence on @ramonasinger behavior. That was ALL Ramona,” she stated. “Ramona does what Ramona wants with zero influence from anyone.”
The reality star continued by adding how Ramona did bring her and Leah McSweeney “much closer” as former RHONY star Barbara Kavovit — who has feuded with Ramona in the past — also chimed in by saying, “???? No more get out of jail free passes for this one.”
The Real Housewives of New York City is currently on hiatus and will return in two weeks.
