Lisa Vanderpump is speaking out following the recent news regarding her new show, Vanderpump Dogs, which is set to air on NBCUniversal’s new streaming service, Peacock.
On Twitter, just as the network confirmed the news with the public following the airing of the spinoff’s first commercial, which ran during the recent 30 Rock reunion, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member re-tweeted a clip of the ad before admitting to keeping the secret for months and laughing at the comments she previously made about the series during last year’s BravoCon fan convention.

NBCUniversal confirmed Lisa’s new show with PEOPLE on July 17.
“Well good morning …I’ve known about this for months lol… Thought it was supposed to be secret, but apparently it’s announced!” Lisa wrote after the announcement on Friday morning.
“Lol you did a TERRIBLE job hiding it at Bravocon,” a fan replied after seeing Lisa’s tweet. “Again congrats!”
In response, Lisa, who addressed a potential spinoff in the works at the November 2019 event, shared a laughing-while-crying emoji of her own.
“Listen, if they did make a show, hypothetically, or if they are, or if they will, whatever, as I said I’m not allowed to comment on that, but it would be a wonderful story because I think a lot of people realize that these little furry guys are an incredible part of our life and there’s a lot of stories around them,” Lisa told Entertainment Tonight during the event in New York City.
Also on Twitter, Lisa, who is expected to begin filming a new season of Vanderpump Rules in the coming months, confirmed that her new series would be airing on Peacock, not Bravo.
“No not on Bravo…on #PeacockTV,” she shared.
No word yet on a premiere date for Vanderpump Dogs.
