Jen Shah Slams RHOSLC Co-Star Mary Cosby For Saying She Smells Like a 'Hospital Bed,' Comments About Her Aunt, Plus She Fires Back With Fierce Meme About Mary's Unconventional Marriage to Step-Grandfather

The ladies of Salt Lake City have finally graced our screens and there’s already major drama to be had!

During Wednesday night’s premiere of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, show stars Jen Shah and Mary Cosby already found themselves embroiled in some conflict as Mary told co-star Heather Gay behind Jen’s back that she…smells like a hospital.

Jen then became upset upon hearing of the gossip, noting that she was in the hospital tending to her aunt who had to get her legs amputated.

The newfound reality star continued to express her dismay at Mary’s insensitivity on her Twitter while watching the premiere Wednesday night. She began by taking shots at Mary’s familial situation which is, well, slightly abnormal.

“Mary shouldn’t talk about other people’s family while she is laying in her grandmothers bed with her husband!????#RHOSLC,” Jen posted on Twitter with a funny reaction meme, showing she was taken aback by Mary’s comments.

Fans then backed Jen up, pointing out their thoughts on the tension already starting to build between the two Salt Lake City wives.

“@TheRealJenShah Dont worry what Mary has to say…she needs to go. Shes [sic] jealous of you,” wrote one fan in support of Jen against Mary’s comments. “I never tweet but had to tell you. I can’t stand Mary.”

“Thsnk [sic] you love ✊????❤️,” Jen responded.

Another viewer called out Mary for calling Jen a “hood rat,” saying she should apologize to her co-star for being hurtful.

“I think Mary needs to figure out what a hood rat is really like bc @TheRealJenShah is far from it,” wrote the Twitter user in defense of Jen. “Just admit what you said and apologize for your words. You haven’t learned this from giving your sermons every Sunday?? #girlbye #RHOSLC[.]” 

“????????????,” Jen replied in agreement.

Jen then got even more savage with a “How it started/How it’s going” meme of her own creation. She used a stock photo of a grandfather and child reading and then included one of Mary and her husband, step-grandfather Robert C. Cosby.
