Just one year after Toya Bush-Harris and her husband Dr. Eugene Harris moved into their dream home, they put the property back on the market, causing fans to wonder about what’s really going on.

Now, a source close to the Married to Medicine star is revealing why the couple listed the spacious, sophisticated property, which includes an incredibly stylish master suite and a sprawling pool and backyard setup overlooking a golf course.

Toya and Eugene have apparently listed the home (for $3.525 million) as a shrewd financial move, considering the current market and what kind of return the couple could receive.

“Houses are going for 800k more than she paid so she’s selling if she gets a great offer,” the source revealed to All About the Tea“800k profit in less than one year is a pretty smart choice. She can always find another house.”

The insider’s info also comes after Toya liked a comment made by a follower on her Instagram page, reading, “TOYA WHY ARE U SELLING YOUR BEAUTIFUL DREAM HOME!!!??? I PERSONALLY FEEL U ABOUT TO UPGRADE!!”

Toya’s “liking” the comment may hint at her decision to actually “upgrade” by surprisingly leaving the dream house with the two-story closet behind.

Putting the property up for sale came as a surprise to fans considering how the show chronicled the family building and getting excited about their not-so-humble abode.

The move also shocked fans who have followed the couple’s financial ups and downs. Although Toya and Eugene were hit with a $150k IRS bill, they were eventually able to wipe out their debt and then build their home, causing many to think they were comfortable and set in the Georgia residence.

The details of the family’s hopeful money moves will likely be featured on Married to Medicine season eight, which is expected to premiere in January 2021.
