RHOBH's Dorit Kemsley And PK Relist Encino Mansion For $7.9 Million After They Struggled To Unload The Property Last Year For The Same Price

Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley have placed their Encino, California, mansion back on the market.

It seems Dorit and PK are ready to move on from their contemporary farmhouse as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members have relisted the property for $7.995 million after pulling the home off the market in December.

The couple originally placed the mansion up for sale in September because they were reportedly in need of something larger than the 9,000-square-foot estate, which features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. They were initially asking just under $9.5 million for the stunning property, but it was a rather shocking amount considering they purchased the home in August 2019 for $6.5 million. However, it seems they soon realized the enormous price tag was a bit too high as they slashed $1.5 million off the price a month later.

Then, in December, they pulled the property off the market (you can see photos of the home here) altogether because they reportedly were unable to find the dream home they were searching for.

“They are still wanting to sell but haven’t found the right property to move into, things are a bit up in the air and they need time to decide what they’re doing,” an insider explained at the time. “They don’t just want to rush into somewhere and it’s difficult at the minute during the pandemic, but they’re ready for a fresh start and to find their forever home.”

It seems they are finally ready for that fresh start, but it’s unclear if the couple has found their “forever home” yet. Nevertheless, they listed the home with Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast member David Parnes and Craig Knizek, who both work at The Agency, which is owned by Dorit’s co-star Kyle Richards‘ husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Hopefully, the couple will have better luck this time around, but for now, the beautiful property will be featured on season 11 of RHOBH, which is set to premiere on Bravo on Wednesday, May 19, at 8/7c.
