PK and Dorit Kemsley List $9.5 Million Mansion! RHOBH Stars' Luxurious Home Features Basketball Court, Home Theater, Pool and Chic Decor

After just one year in their Encino, California mansion, Paul “PK” Kemsley and Dorit Kemsley are searching for a new place to call home. Days after it was first reported that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars were putting their new home up for sale, the listing has now hit the market. Below are photos of the lavish $9.495 home which includes a beautifully styled interior, exquisite exterior, and enough space for a (wealthy) family to call home.

The RHOBH couple turned heads recently with their shocking listing announcement, considering they only just purchased the pad (in August 2019 for $6.5 million).

Their modern farmhouse-style abode is now on the market with Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast member David Parnes, and they’re hoping some of the stylish updates and details will get the house scooped up in no time.

The 8,900 square-foot home features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half baths, with a free-flowing, expansive floor plan that beautifully displays the chic, modern living room. The art deco-esque details dot the room and lead up the stairs with a gray, chevron accent wall and gold chandelier. The living room boasts a large enough space for a comfortable sectional couch and entertainment area, ideal for nights in with the family.

Dorit’s “dream kitchen” features a giant kitchen island and dazzling modern finishes, including black matte lower level cabinets, tall, white, upper level cabinets, white marble back splash and stone counter tops, and stunning gold hardware, faucets, and chic lighting fixtures.

The master bedroom boasts a fashionable yet clean space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the outdoors and bring in plenty of light and air. Behind the bed is a chevron-styled wood accent wall that expands over the top of the room as a long-stretching, cozy fireplace is situated within the other wall.

The utterly elegant master bathroom continues with the modern-farmhouse theme, displaying white-and-gray marble walls and back splashes amid wood, black, and gold details throughout. The large soaking tub sits below two large windows looking out on the idyllic California landscape while the huge walk-in shower made up of black marble and gold fixtures presents the pinnacle of luxurious living.

One of the children’s rooms features a cozy yet playful space, with an updated take on a traditional-style bunk bed, built-in and safely expanding across the top of the wall.

The mansion’s other unique amenities include a home theater space for watching movies and an expansive outdoor basketball court, perfect for giving the kids a place to play.

The indoor-outdoor living situation is definitely the cherry on top of an already-fabulous home, with sprawling balconies from the upstairs overlooking a sleek pool and patio that are lined with comfortable and stylish white lounge chairs.

RHOBH fans got a view of how well the outdoor space could fare for entertaining in the finale episode of season 10 of the show, where Denise Richards infamously skipped out on Dorit’s housewarming party. Apparently, the house stayed warm for only a few months.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 reunion is currently airing on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
