Are Southern Charm‘s Craig Conover and Summer House star Paige DeSorbo officially dating?
The Bravo stars have been spotted getting cozy on multiple occasions after filing Summer House Winter Charm together earlier this year. In April, they were seen holding hands in Charleston, South Carolina, and then earlier this month, a fan snapped a photo of the reality stars getting rather cozy outside of a New York City restaurant.
But according to a source, Craig and Paige’s relationship is strictly platonic for the time being because they’re refusing to put a “label” on the nature of their relationship.
“Craig and Paige are taking the adult approach,” an insider told Radar Online on Friday. “[They] don’t care what anyone thinks when it comes to their hangout sessions. They will see each other regardless of whether they are in Charleston or New York City if they want to.”
Though they’re claiming to be “single” for now, fans will have to wait and see how everything plays out between the pair once their spinoff airs later this year. In addition to the spinoff, Craig has also filmed with the Summer House crew, which he teased on Instagram a few weeks back.
Back in April, Paige dished on the nature of her and Craig’s relationship during a podcast appearance while also confirming that Craig is a single man once again.
“He had a girlfriend for a long time,” she said on the Chicks in the Office podcast on April 25. “He would never cheat on his girlfriend and definitely not with me, like that would just never be a situation, but right now we’re just friends, not dating, nothing crazy.”
If fans recall, Craig began dating Natalie Hegnauer following his split from longtime girlfriend and former co-star Naomie Olindo. Though Paige was seemingly the first to confirm his split from Natalie, Craig publicly addressed the breakup on his Pillow and Beer podcast a few weeks later while also discussing his state of mind.
“I’m going through, like, [a] break up, and it’s nothing terrible, it’s just so easy to drink to avoid dealing with anything,” he said on the May 1 episode. “And our jobs and our lives afford us that, and so I was definitely in a bad pattern and [my parents] came here and [for] five days I didn’t do anything except, like, positive productivity. And now I’m, like, trying to stay in that groove because [it’s] like a dark place to be in.”
