Vicki Gunvalson was labeled as a potential anti-vaxxer on Instagram this week.
After the former Real Housewives of Orange County star’s son, Michael Wolfsmith, shared a vaccination photo of himself on his page, he reacted to the report regarding his mother before sharing his thoughts on her fiancé Steve Lodge‘s run for Governor of California.
“We out here. #TheJab #NotDeadYet #BillGatesSperm #MAGA #5gTowers,” Michael wrote in the caption of his August 10 photo, which was taken at a CVS Pharmacy.

Following the sharing of his post, an Instagram user confronted Michael about his mother’s potential stance on the vaccine.
“What does your mom think about you getting the vaccine? I’ve heard she’s an anti-vaxxer,” the person wrote of the RHOC alum.
“She said ‘it broke her heart’ lol,” Michael replied of Vicki’s bizarre reaction.
Then, when another fan argued that his “mom is smart” if she’s against the shot, Michael disagreed.
“No, she has terrible sources of information,” he explained, adding, “‘Guns, American flags, and invisible sky fairies’ – the All-American Trifecta!”
In another comment shared to his post, which seems to have since been deleted, Michael reacted to Steve’s political aspirations.
“Steve Lodge will make an awesome Governor,” a social media user wrote to Michael in a message, according to a screenshot shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram.
“wrong post,” Michael responded.
Weeks ago, after Andy Cohen discussed Steve’s run for governor on Watch What Happens Live, Michael responded to the news on Instagram, saying, “Omg I can’t.”
He also said that when it came to drumming up funds for Steve’s campaign, he hoped his mother wasn’t involved.
“Hopefully my mother doesn’t fund this disaster,” he wrote.
In response to the diss, Vicki said Michael was just being protective over her.
“After what I went through with [Donn Gunvalson] and [Brooks Ayers], he’s just very protective. I said, ‘I’m not contributing to it. I’m going to contribute with my time, but not financially,’” Vicki explained on The Sl-t Pig podcast.
“It wasn’t malicious,” she added.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
