Porsha Williams‘ fiancé, Simon Guobadia, has sold the sprawling mansion he once shared with his ex-wife, Falynn Guobadia.
As fans well know, Porsha and Simon shocked the Bravo world when they announced their engagement in May after secretly dating for one month. And now, as the couple continues to plan their future together, it seems they’ve decided not to live in the home Simon shared with Porsha’s former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star as the businessman unloaded the property last week for $4.5 million.
The 13,500-square-foot estate features seven bedrooms, eight-and-a-half-baths, a gym, wine cellar, game room, and home theatre. The massive home, located in the upscale Buckhead neighborhood, sits on 1.33 acres of land with a basketball court and a resort-like pool area.
Simon purchased the home in March 2020 for $3.3 million, but he placed it on the market amid his divorce from Falynn in May for $5 million according to The Sun.

The two-story grand entrance of the home certainly makes a statement with the dramatic staircase and stunning crystal chandelier.
The super-sized kitchen features two large islands, top-of-the-line appliances, and gorgeous one-of-a-kind light fixtures.

The glamorous master closet is more like a boutique as it can hold over 300 pairs of shoes, along with all the designer clothes a person can dream of.

The mansion also includes a full-size gym with top-of-the-line equipment.
As for the wine cellar, the stunning space speaks for itself, but it’s capable of storing hundreds of bottles of wine.
The home theatre has a cozy vibe, which is perfect for fun movie nights with family or friends.
Finally, the pool area is comparable to that of a small resort with a stunning cabana that features an outdoor kitchen.
For the time being, it’s unclear if Simon has moved in with Porsha or if he’s staying at another home in Atlanta. Nevertheless, the pair are currently filming Porsha’s spinoff about her life, which is expected to air either later this year or sometime next year.
Falynn has also moved on and is expecting her fourth child with her boyfriend Jaylan Duckworth.
