Lisa Barlow is sharing new details about the catering drama of Sunday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Instagram.
After Angie Harrington suspected Lisa had retaliated against her friendship with Whitney Rose and prompted her caterer to cancel plans to host her Encircle fundraiser event, which was held in support of the LQBTQ+ community, Lisa took to her social media pages to confirm what fans didn’t see from the episode.
“She forgot a key part. She had catering.!!!!” Lisa wrote. “I would never cancel a caterer nor is that something anyone could do [Marco Niccoli] and [Aubrey Niccoli] are amazing people. They weren’t able to cater casino night, but he made sure to have HIS BROTHER fill in while they focused on their new restaurant. The food was amazing. Marcos BROTHER did an absolutely amazing job!!!”
Lisa went on to discuss the situation on Twitter, where she specifically mentioned the alleged text message Angie received, which Angie claimed had Lisa’s name in it.
“I don’t think they did. It didn’t seem to me that Angie was actually reading a text. It seemed like she was making it up as she went,” a fan wrote.
“Because she was,” Lisa replied.

“If you’re going to read a text message out loud, make sure you’re not improvising,” Lisa added.

Lisa then said that when it came to the timeline of Angie and Whitney learning they were related, that actually happened during season one. And, according to a leaked text message, Angie wasn’t thrilled about the association at the time.
“Wow…wasn’t the family connection discovered while watching season 1?” Lisa asked.

“Someone explain the importance of the date to me lol I’m so confused,” another fan wrote in the comments section of the photo.
“It was when the show was airing,” Lisa explained. “She said they were related when show aired not a year before. They didn’t know each other.”

Meanwhile, on Whitney’s Twitter page, she agreed with a fan who pointed out that Lisa had previously claimed she doesn’t instruct people on who they are allowed to be friends with.
“Wait.. Lisa isn’t happy with Angie being friends with Whitney. But didn’t she say earlier in the season she doesn’t tell people who to be friends with? I’m confused,” the fan wrote.
“1000%,” Whitney replied.
Whitney also addressed, via retweet, the moment in which Lisa suggested she allow her and Angie to have a private conversation about the catering drama, even though she grabbed Meredith Marks and Jen Shah for backup.
“Hello Lisa. Whitney can be in the room because that’s her family. There was zero reason to go get Meredith and Jen,” the retweet said.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season two airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
