Lala Kent seemed to take major aim at her former fiancé, Randall Emmett, on Instagram on Monday.
Just days after explaining how she would speak to their 11-month-old daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, about the many negative stories that have been publicized about the film producer, the Vanderpump Rules cast member appeared to shade Randall as a “scrub” while also giving a mention to the brown diamond he allegedly used to propose.
“It’s interesting when you see someone buy a loooot of followers, but they owe a loooot of people a loooot of money. How do we feel about this?” Lala asked her fans and followers on February 28, along with a couple of options, including “Your following is everything” and “Pay your f-cking debts, scrub.”
She also included the hashtags for “liens on liens on liens” and “bring the dogs out.”
As Pump Rules fans may have heard, Randall has been plagued by money troubles for the past couple of years, first going to battle publicly with 50 Cent over the $1 million he owed to the rapper and later requesting his custody agreement with ex-wife Ambyr Childers be modified, claiming he was facing bankruptcy.
Randall is also in the midst of a battle with the landlord of his former office space, who recently sued him for $281,000 in unpaid rent.
In addition to her Instagram Story, Lala also shared a post on her main page, where she spoke of diamonds that “were never brown.”
“Dripping in diamonds that were never brown,” Lala captioned her February 28 photo, also noting that she was using the Diamond Drip Liquid Highlighter from her Give Them Lala Beauty line.
Following the brown diamond post, a number of Lala’s fans and followers took note of her shady caption.
“The caption is savage,” one person noted.
“Such a good caption, if you know you know,” wrote another.
“I see what you did there and am totally here for it,” a third fan told Lala.
Others joked about their love for “a brown-free diamond” and some spoke of how funny Lala’s “shade” was.
During an episode of her podcast, Give Them Lala, in December, Lala claimed to have learned her alleged $150,000 diamond engagement ring was actually put through a color-changing process and worth far less.
“I ask my jeweler, who I’m talking to, ‘What is this ring really worth?’ He tells me this diamond was most likely brown and that he would give me, I won’t say the exact number he said he’d give me, but it’s in the teens,” Lala shared.
Vanderpump Rules has not yet been renewed for a 10th season.
