Brittany Cartwright is nearing her weight loss goal. And at the end of last month, she took to her Instagram page to show off her progress.
After losing 20 of her desired 30 pounds with the help of Jenny Craig, the Vanderpump Rules alum shared a photo of herself in a skimpy bra and motorcycle shorts set before her husband, Jax Taylor, confirmed on his Instagram Story that she’d been taken to a Florida emergency room.
While promoting her MYX fitness bike, saying it was her “secret weapon” for weight loss, Brittany showcased her progress.
“I’m sure y’all know, things can get extremely busy and finding time to keep up with my workout routine can sometimes feel impossible. I love my MYX II bike because they have classes ranging from 10-60 minutes so I can squeeze in an effective workout anytime. Plus, their trainers are so encouraging and motivating that I actually look forward to working out!” she wrote.

Prior to sharing the pic, as reported by Heavy, Brittany confirmed she was down 20 pounds and four ounces.
“Hey guys! I just wanted to do a little update with my weight loss journey with Jenny Craig,” she said at the time. “It’s going amazing, I’m feeling so good. This is the first time in a long time I felt comfortable wearing a tank top, and that is a big deal for me. I weighed in today that I have lost 20 pounds and four ounces. So, I am like, so proud of myself, so happy that Jenny Craig Max Up Program is working wonders for me. It’s okay to ask for a little bit of help. I mean, I was not losing as much weight as I thought I would after having the baby and postpartum weight loss can be different for all kinds of women, and this program has really just given me that kick in the butt that I needed. I’m so proud of myself.”
As Pump Rules fans well know, Brittany struggled heavily with her postpartum weight after welcoming son Cruz Michael Cauchi nearly one year ago. And in January, she confirmed she had signed on as a spokesperson for Jenny Craig in hopes of slimming down.
In other news, Brittany was recently taken to the hospital in Florida, where she was attending the wedding of a friend.
“Leave it to me to get an allergic reaction and end up in the emergency room on my friend’s wedding day. After an IV I’m fine!! Back with my girls [and] ready for the wedding!” Brittany wrote in the caption of a hospital selfie.

Around the same time, Jax took to his Instagram Story with an explanation.
“We are in Florida right now, currently at an emergency room. Yep, that’s right. Brittany is in the emergency room. Things are happening. She’s allergic to kiwi we just found out,” he shared.
Jax then encouraged his fans and followers not to worry.
“Everything’s okay. We got our IV bag. We’re on our way back to the hotel. [And] hopefully the Patron is waiting,” he shared.

While there has been no word yet on a 10th season of Vanderpump Rules, a report last month claimed Brittany, Jax, and other former cast members, including Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute, could be brought back to the show for its new episodes.
