When the feds raided Jen Shah‘s Utah home in March 2021 as part of their investigation into a years-long telemarketing scheme she was tied to, they seized numerous fake designer bags and jewelry.
Nearly two years after the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member’s arrest and months after she pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, an inventory list has been released in which Jen’s fake products, many of which came from China, are detailed.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ on December 15, the feds seized more than 30 fake luxury bags claiming to be made by Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Balenciaga, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and Fendi. They also took about 40 pieces of fake luxury jewelry claiming to be from Bulgari, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Tiffany & Co.
They also took pieces Jen got from castmate Meredith Marks‘ company.
Back in July, when Jen, who previously proclaimed her innocence both on RHOSLC and off, changed her not guilty plea to guilty, she agreed to forfeit $6.5 million toward her owed restitution amount of $9.5 million.
Following the sharing of TMZ’s report, Jen’s other castmate, Angie Katsanevas, took to her Instagram Story to respond to the news of Jen’s fake bags by looking back at claims Jen made against her.
Along with a past post from Jen in which Jen said she was “[laughing her a– off at] the placement of the ‘fake’ bag next to fake [as f-ck] Angie K,” signaling to an authentic Gucci bag with the message “FAKE” written across the front, Angie wrote, “When your FAKE bag is REAL…And so are you.”
Angie’s message to Jen was seen in a screenshot shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram, who suspected Angie K. would bring up the issue at Friday’s taping of the RHOSLC reunion.
“I know she’s gonna bring this up tomorrow,” they wrote.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season three airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
