Caroline Manzo spoke out after Melissa Gorga denied Jacqueline Laurita’s claim that she called Caroline too ‘old and boring’ for Real Housewives of New Jersey.
In a previous post, Melissa was adamant that she never made such a comment, and she indicated that she only has love for Caroline. Caroline, however, just shared that Jacqueline was telling the truth.
“She said it. I remember when she said it. And I don’t fault her for it,” said Caroline in an interview for Hollywood Life.
Caroline asserted that her former co-star didn’t say this to her face, though Caroline “heard it.”
“Even back then, Melissa is what, 42? I’m 61. I get it,” she said. “Okay. Back then, I was 50. And she was 30. So that’s from the mind of a 30-year-old kid. So how could I be mad at that?”
“You have to always kind of figure out where it’s coming from. Back then, I understood it, and now I understand it,” she went on. “So, yeah she said it, and yeah I don’t care, because I get it.”
Meanwhile, Melissa put an end to her strange chandeliers in her new mansion, which reminded fans of soul-eating “dementors” from the Harry Potter series.
In an Instagram video, Melissa pointed out the new light fixture in her foyer, which contains dozens of vertical, rectangular LED pendants.
Per Avenue Lighting, the pendants are “cascading bubbles encapsulated in K9 crystals.”

“Sometimes you need to live in the home for a minute to decide what fits perfectly,” wrote the star. “I absolutely love playing with home decor- I always have✨ Waking up to this beauty is just sooo much better✨😍,” she added, perhaps alluding to her previous controversial chandelier.

“Thank you for taking the feedback from us viewers . The original chandelier was hideous,” wrote a fan on Instagram.
“Beautiful!!! Better than the black ones ❤️,” another follower wrote.
“I just know you watched that tik tok cause you changed the chandelier and tagged your designer,” theorized a different viewer.
Still, some fans weren’t satisfied as one follower stated the new decor looked like a “hotel lobby.”
