Teresa Giudice just shared that her “chapter” with brother Joe Gorga is “closed.”
She called the situation “very sad,” and she said she’s now focusing on “what’s important.”
According to reports, Teresa and Joe haven’t spoken since the upcoming season finale of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Before the taping, Teresa allegedly discussed a rumor about sister-in-law Melissa Gorga’s affair, which resulted in the Gorgas’ decision to skip Teresa’s wedding.
Recently on the show, Teresa discussed a business dealing between her now-husband Luis Ruelas and Joe, claiming Luis lost $245,000 in the process. As the current drama plays out, it seems more and more probable that the family’s relationship is irreparable.
In an interview for Up And Adam, shared by @allabouttrh on Instagram, Teresa was asked if she’d ever consider family therapy with Joe.
“No, absolutely not,” Teresa answered.
She then declared: “Me and my brother — that chapter’s closed.”
The star explained she’s now focusing on “what’s important,” including her own family. Teresa also said she needs “time to heal,” as she’s been “going through this” for “over 10 years.”
She called the situation “very sad,” and she lamented the fact that it played out on “national TV.” She also described it as “very disgusting” and “toxic.”
Apparently, the biggest fight of the season is yet to come. On the filming of the season finale, a reported fight between cast members almost became physical. The details of the altercation, however, have remained hush-hush.
