Paige DeSorbo appeared on Monday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she called out Craig Conover for lying about their engagement timeline and admitted she’s not sure if he’s The One.
In addition to addressing rumors of a fight with Craig at Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke‘s wedding and sharing her thoughts on moving to Charleston, the Summer House star opened up about Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke‘s “facade,” their engagement, and Lindsay’s feud with Danielle Olivera.
On the April 10 episode of WWHL, Paige was asked why the cast seems to pick at everything Lindsay and Carl do.
“I can see how people are like ‘Oh it’s very flip-floppy.’ But I think really what the house was getting annoyed at is like, their facade of like, they’re so happy,” she explained. “I’m sure they are very happy but I think everything they do is very like planned and very like, ‘We’re happy and don’t say anything else about it.’”
Although the cast gave Lindsay a hard time for partying too hard last season and too little this season, Paige claims she “never targeted her for anything.”
As for whether or not she believes Lindsay and Carl are moving too fast, Paige suggested she does not.
“I think if you ask anyone if Joe and Sally on the street got engaged after seven months, you’d be like, ‘Oh my God, [that’s] a little fast.’ But I think they have known each other for so many years. I wasn’t shocked they got engaged,” Paige explained. “They said they wanted to get engaged on TV, they wanna get married on TV, so obviously they were gonna do it.”
After then confirming she’s on “Danielle’s side,” even though she was “pretty even” during filming, Paige revealed who she’s in touch with from Vanderpump Rules.
“I talk to [Scheana Shay] a lot. I obviously texted [Ariana Madix] to make sure she was okay. I think that’s really all that I’ve talked to. I talk to [Katie Maloney] a little,” she shared.
She also reacted to Gizelle Bryant‘s romance with Jason Cameron.
“[They] came to our premiere party together. I love watching a spectacle,” she admitted.
Moving on to all things Craig, Paige responded to a fan who asked about rumors regarding a fight at Amanda and Kyle’s wedding.
“I’m sure he probably drank a little too much and didn’t meet me on the dance floor, like normal wedding stuff,” she explained. “He will talk to everyone and I like to talk to no one.”
“He was chatting the whole time,” fellow guest Ciara Miller confirmed.
Another person wanted to know how she felt seeing Craig tell the guys he didn’t know where things would go with them.
“I actually felt bad. Like, sometimes I think he thinks I don’t like him, which is also good, keep him on his toes, um, but I did. I felt bad,” Paige revealed.
Paige and Craig confirmed their romance in late 2021. And shortly thereafter, talk of a future engagement began. However, while Craig claimed he’d be proposing by Thanksgiving of last year, Paige said that was a lie.
“He lies,” she confirmed, then clarifying that she wasn’t ready either way.
“I squashed that. [We’d] only been dating for a year. That’s crazy. I’m just 30. He just turned 35,” she explained.
And at this point, she’s not 100 percent sure that Craig is The One.
“On a scale from one to 10, I would say, like a 7.5,” she shared. “I don’t know. Anything could happen. An 8. I would say that’s good.”
As Paige and Craig continue to date, Paige is having a hard time considering a potential move.
“I think Craig should move to New York. If she goes to Charleston and she wears Lily Pulitzer, I’ll lose my mind,” Ciara said of the idea.
“I’m not ready to live in a cul de sac. I think [Craig will move],” Paige added.
Later on Monday, on the WWHL: After Show, Paige was asked if Lindsay and Amanda Batula will ever be real friends, or if they’ll remain connected only by their partners.
“That’s a hard one and my answer is no. I don’t think that they’ll ever be very close,” Paige replied. “I think they can be cordial but I think people forget like the very early seasons of Summer House, Lindsay and Amanda have never gotten along so… It’s been seven years. I don’t think they’re gonna do anything with it.”
Summer House season seven airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
