Shannon Beador was officially arraigned in court over her DUI as it was revealed that the Real Housewives of Orange County star’s BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was three times the legal limit.

Weeks after she was arrested following a DUI hit-and-run on September 16, during which she crashed into a home while allegedly drunk, Shannon was hit with two charges.

According to TMZ, prosecutors decided to charge the Bravo reality star with two misdemeanors — including one count for the DUI, and another count for the hit-and-run.

The shocker is the amount of alcohol allegedly consumed by Shannon as her BAC was .24% according to law enforcement sources — which is three times the legal limit

Shannon, 59, had her dog Archie in the car with her during the DUI crash and was reportedly found nearby by cops pretending to be walking her dog. According to numerous reports, Archie wasn’t injured during the crash although Shannon was bruised and was later photographed in a hand cast following her arrest.

While Shannon isn’t in rehab, she is said to be undergoing outpatient treatment to deal with her alcohol issues, and has also vowed to pay for all the damages she caused to the home she crashed into.

Shannon was also pictured in Newport on Friday, October 27, looking downcast as she was officially charged. Wearing black leggings and a black sweatshirt, the Bravo star was seen using her cell phone in photos shared by the Daily Mail.

Last week, Shannon broke her silence for the first time since her arrest in a video shared to her Instagram page.

“I know it’s been a while since I posted and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened recently. But unfortunately, right now, I’m not in the position to comment,” stated Shannon on October 17.
