Mauricio Umansky is giving back to the community in a big way.

After Kathy Hilton, 65, accused him of poaching her husband Rick Hilton‘s staff at Hilton & Hyland when he left to start The Agency on Wednesday’s conclusion of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Mauricio, 53, and his daughters, including 27-year-old Alexia Umansky, were spotted building affordable homes in Los Angeles alongside Habitat for Humanity and Giveback Homes.

“This is our 35th build day with Habitat for Humanity through Giveback Homes, it’s something that’s very important for us. All The Agency gets together, the agents get together, they put up their money through their closings and then we create a build day and we build homes. So we’re on our 35th build day, which is awesome,” Mauricio revealed to TMZ on March 14, confirming he and his staff use “100 percent” of their own money.

“It’s fantastic. We’re giving back to the community. We give back to the people that need and it also works really great for a little team-building exercise,” he continued. “It’s so beautiful to give back and it’s something that we should all be doing.”

Alexia, who works with her dad and The Agency and stars alongside him on Buying Beverly Hills, spoke out as well, saying that she loved hearing the story of a woman who lives in another build from the companies.

“It’s not just the dream of having a roof over your head, but it’s the safety. It’s the necessity of having a home. Real people are gonna be in here. People that need this are going to be here,” she stated.

As for Kathy’s suggestion that Mauricio stole staff from Rick, 68, she also accused Mauricio of quitting Hilton & Hyland with just one day’s notice.

“When he left, he did call on a Thursday, and Rick said, ‘When are you planning on leaving?’ And he said, ‘On Friday.’ And he said, ‘You’re family, just know opening your own business is tough. The door is always open for you just don’t poach on my staff or my agents,’” Kathy recalled, confirming that Mauricio ultimately poached “a few” of Rick’s employees.

“And that put Kyle and I in kind of a funky [spot],” she continued.

Meanwhile, Kyle Richards, 55, made it clear she did not want to rehash the years-long feud.

“I don’t want to get into that stuff. I really don’t. But he also had people under him that were under in the Umansky Group at Hilton & Hyland so he had built his group within Hilton & Hyland,” she noted.

Earlier this week, prior to Kathy’s claims against Mauricio, her daughter Paris Hilton, 43, lashed out against him on Instagram after seeing he claimed to have been “f*cked” by her dad’s real estate company, which he wanted to be a partner of.

“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about family — especially in the press,” she wrote. “Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already…”

Buying Beverly Hills season two begins streaming on Netflix on Friday, March 22.
