Christina Hall targeted her estranged husband, Joshua Hall, with a series of messages shared to her Instagram Story on Thursday.
Amid what is turning out to be a contentious split between them, Christina, 41, labeled Josh, 44, an “insecure man” as she seemingly gave a nod to the $35,000 she recently claimed he took from her and denied that he was blindsided and heartbroken by their breakup.
“Over here waiting for the typical hired PR rep speech of ‘how I was [blindsided] and how I’m working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch’ … Meanwhile I’m over here not as nice and quiet as I used to be,” Christina began in her first of four posts on July 25.
“I have worked my a** off the build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve / what they did NOT work for should be ashamed. An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you — but ‘Still I rise,'” she declared.
The nod to people trying to take what they do not deserve seems to be a reference to Josh asking for alimony amid their divorce.
Christina, who married Josh less than three years ago — after just months of dating — then said that “divorces do not happen overnight” as she hinted at a “breaking point” with Josh.
“There is always a breaking point. This one is personal…” she suggested.
In a couple more posts, Christina signaled a TMZ article that stated that she had “initiated” the breakup, leaving Josh feeling “blindsided [and] heartbroken.”
Quoting the article, Christina wrote, “‘Blindsided and Heartbroken’ … ‘Our sources say she stopped speaking to him after a disagreement and would only speak to him through an attorney.'”
Then, in response, she continued, “Huh… I didn’t block him — and I didn’t see any missed calls or texts the next day. Which happened to be my birthday. Strange — No flowers, no card, no messages like ‘Hope you have a nice birthday.'”
“Something’s not adding up here. But I’m down to keep playing ‘Christina vs. The Victim’ as I love this game,” she concluded.
Christina is currently starring in HGTV’s Christina on the Coast and is expected to appear in The Flip Off in 2025 with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, 42, and his wife, Heather El Moussa, 36.
This is the third divorce for Christina, who was also married to Ant Anstead, 45, from 2018 to 2021.
