Lenny Hochstein and his fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, have called off their engagement after just over two years of dating.

Following rumors of a split earlier this week, which were prompted by Katharina’s ringless social media posts and a near-kiss with another man, Lenny, 58, and the 29-year-old Austrian model have officially announced the end of their romance.

“We recently ended our engagement,” Lenny confirmed to Page Six on September 4. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”

According to Lenny, he wishes Katharina “nothing but the best” and has “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.” He also said he is “proud of [Katharina’s] growth as a woman” and noted that he “will be forever grateful for the time [they] spent together.”

Meanwhile, in her own statement, Katharina said she and Lenny “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and did so “amicably.”

“While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently,” she revealed. “I have nothing but gratitude in my heart for the beautiful two years we spent together.”

Katharina added that she will keep her and Lenny’s “treasured and beautiful memories in [her] heart forever.”

As fans may have seen, Katharina appeared in a series of ringless Instagram posts days ago and also shared a video of herself mouth-to-mouth with another man. However, after Katharina stated that Lenny is “a wonderful person” and that she wishes “him and his family nothing but the best,” an insider denied that the two of them actually kissed.

“You jump I jump,” she captioned the now-deleted video clip. “They say all we need in life might just be a little… push.”

The source also said Katharina’s social media activity was unrelated to her and Lenny’s breakup.

Lenny and Katharina began dating in May 2022, just before Lenny filed for divorce from Real Housewives of Miami‘s Lisa Hochstein, 42, and they got engaged in July 2023.

The Real Housewives of Miami season seven is currently in production.
