Andy Cohen appeared on Alex Cooper‘s podcast on Wednesday, where he addressed a number of hot topics pertaining to the Real Housewives franchise.

In addition to sharing which firing caused the most chaos, confirming if he’d ever slept with someone from the Bravo universe, and revealing what a typical night out with longtime friend John Mayer, 48, looked like, the 57-year-old Watch What Happens Live host spoke of how he prepped for reunions and named the hardest cast members to deal with at the tapings.

“I would say when we totally revamped [The Real Housewives of New York City], and I would also say when we let go of, at the end of season four … when we let go of [Jill Zarin], [Alex McCord], [Kelly Bensimon], Cindy Barshop. I think that was kind of a big thing,” Andy admitted on the October 29 episode of Call Her Daddy. “It was just, ‘Wow, we’re doing something very bold.'”

Then asked if he’d ever slept with a Bravolebrity, Andy confirmed, “No … Never.”

“Even I understand the rules of the game there, as far as that goes. There have been a couple that I would, that in my mind I’ve thought like, ‘Well … that would be interesting.’ But yeah, I think that would probably, especially at this point, be unwise,” he reasoned.

Regarding a typical night out with John, Andy said they often go to dinner and sit on the same side of the booth.

“We sit next to each other always … That is our spot. [We don’t hold hands], but I do, as the night goes on, find myself sinking into him because he’ll have his arm around me,” he shared.

Reflecting on a recent night out at the Sunset Tower in Los Angeles, Andy said he was “getting so physical” with the singer that John had to settle him down.

“He was like, ‘Andy,’ but I was kind of using his body to tell a story about a guy, but then I was like, I was in my cups a little bit. We were in a puddle of laughter. It ends, and we love each other deeply. We actually do,” he gushed, insisting he wasn’t “secretly in love with him.”

“We love each other. If I could find a gay guy that was him, it would be magic, but you know what? I am so grateful for the love that we have,” he stated.

Moving on to reunions, Andy said that while they “used to be a really big deal,” with hours-long calls with producers, chats with cast members, and a morning-of run, things are now more casual.

“I drop my kids off at school. I go, I’m like, ‘What color suit do you want me to wear? What is the set?’ I bring three ties,” he explained. “I have one call with the production team and the network … We talk about the seating for the reunion. I ask them, ‘Where are we shooting? What suit am I wearing?’ And then we talk about where the women are. And, you know, I will have notes on the order of the day. Sometimes I’ll say, ‘I don’t think it makes sense to do it this way. X and Y is the elephant in the room. Can we please do it at the top of the day?’ Sometimes we save the biggest mess until the end. You know, when are the husbands coming out? Why does that make sense? Why is this person coming? You know, so those are all the conversations we have in advance. And then, day of, it’s game day. I’m ready to play the game.”

As for whether anyone had pushed his patience, Andy signaled to the “last couple” of Real Housewives of New Jersey reunions.

“I had a really hard time with [them],” he confessed. “I don’t like screaming at women. It is a bad look, but there are moments, and they left them in the show where I’m like, ‘Shut the f*ck up.'”

According to Andy, there have been times when he’s felt that the only way to silence the room has been to tell the cast to “shut [up].” However, he often regrets going to that level.

“There are some times where I will say to the producers, ‘Can you mark that? You’re not using that,'” he shared.

One housewife who’s the most guilty of speaking over people at reunions, according to Andy, has been The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Lisa Barlow, 50.

“I think that Lisa Barlow, I think that there are some people who, it’s just harder for them, and it’s no disrespect. It’s harder for them to have the intake of what someone’s saying and then speak back and then figure it out. I think Lisa Barlow might be one,” he suspected.

He also named Teresa Giudice, 53, Married to Medicine stars Toya Bush-Harris, 49, and Dr. Simone Whitmore, 58, and Jacqueline Laurita, 55.

“I think Teresa historically has, that’s been a growth area for her. I think that, I feel like maybe Toya on Married to Medicine could be in there. Love you, Toya, no disrespect. I think that Dr. Simone also, now that I’m in the Married to Medicine universe. Who else? I mean, there are some… kind of feel like Jacqueline Laurita on Jersey may have been there,” he concluded.
