Kyle Cooke clarified who he was referring to when he labeled someone a “schmuck” at the Summer House reunion after a clip of the taping was leaked online.
As an insider came forward, alleging that Amanda Batula, 34, was officially referring to West Wilson, 31, as her boyfriend, Kyle, 43, who was spotted out with a couple of girls after filming the reunion last week, confirmed which of his castmates he was speaking of in the audio snippet.
After a Bravo fan page revealed that the word “schmuck” was a slang term for “a stupid, foolish, or contemptible person, often acting as a synonym for a ‘jerk’ or ‘idiot,'” and translating “to a vulgar term for a weiner” in some languages, Kyle said it was West whom he was talking about.
“This was directed at West,” he replied on April 24.
Following the reunion taping last week, Kyle was spotted out with a couple of women and another man, as seen in a photo shared by Deuxmoi on Instagram.
“Summer House’s Kyle Cooke spotted after the reunion taping. For context, the reunion wrapped around 7pm (according to Andy Cohen’s IG story), Kyle was spotted around 8:30/9pm & we received the alleged leaked reunion audio around 10:30pm,” the outlet posted on April 24, along with an insider account of his evening.
“Kyle [Cooke] was sitting outside San Sabino last night with a group of two girls and a guy. He had his phone up to his ear and his mouth was open like he was listening to something. I think it could’ve been the leaked audio. I only got a picture of them when they got out to walk away,” the source alleged.
However, in a comment, Kyle explained, “lol I was listening to countless voice notes checking in on me post reunion.”
As for Amanda, she reportedly told someone at a Yankees game that West was her boyfriend.
“My friends went to the Yankee game the same day. West got my friend in Billy’s. He was nice?? (Gross) but [then] he asked how Amanda knows West (ICONIC) and she said that’s my boyfriend!!!! Wild,” another source shared with Deuxmoi.
