Steven McBee Jr. offered an apology on Instagram after lashing out at his girlfriend, Allie Eklund, for allegedly cheating on him at the Stagecoach music festival in Indio, California.
As Allie, 29, released a series of disturbing text messages Steven, 33, sent to her, and also reshared posts from his ex-girlfriend, Calah Jackson, 33, who accused him of emotional and verbal abuse during their three-year relationship, Steven, of Bravo’s The McBee Dynasty, attempted to explain his hate-filled reaction as Kyle Cooke, 43, offered support.
“I FULLY regret and take accountability for what I said to her during the crash out. I’m hurt, confused, shocked, mind blown, upset and all of the above. I never should’ve said what I did,” Steven began in his post, as seen in a screenshot shared by Best of Bravo on Instagram. “I have been going to therapy weekly for those of you asking. For the last [four] months. Major, major setback this am. I woke up to a barrage of texts, calls, DMs and videos and was in a state of shock and trying to get answers from someone who was still out partying and refusing to answer what was going on. I regret it fully and own up to being in the wrong for the reactive, hateful words I said.”
“It’s not okay. It was a horribly bad morning to wake up to that but those sort of hateful messages are never justified and I know that and I apologize for them. I’m hurting pretty bad if I’m being honest. Still in a state of shock,” he concluded.
Following the sharing of his apology, Kyle spoke out.
“Sorry brother – being in the public eye ain’t easy and sometimes our reactions are justified but our emotions take over. Don’t beat yourself up. Onwards and upwards,” he wrote, per Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram.
“Thank you, brother. Just out here doing my part to take the eyes off of your situation,” Steven replied, giving a nod to the Summer House scandal involving Kyle’s estranged wife, Amanda Batula, 34, and their close friend and co-star, West Wilson, 31.

Meanwhile, on Allie’s page, she reacted to Steven’s cheating allegations with a statement on her Story.
“This is really sad to see and I’m genuinely at a loss for words. Posting everything online before we talked is extremely disheartening and extremely unfair considering I’ve protected Steven many times during the course of our relationship,” she wrote. “Because my integrity has been called into question, I’ll post the video that Steven was sent while I was at Stagecoach with a group of friends … I chose not to respond to him immediately because he has a history of verbally abusing me while he’s in a heightened emotional state and I felt it was more appropriate to have a private, level headed conversation once emotions had settled … Unfortunately, that opportunity wasn’t given to me before he decided to make this situation public and it’s even more disappointing that he made references to promote his tv show, as this situation is very real for me and my family, who prefer to live privately.”
“I don’t typically feel the need to defend myself online and it’s genuinely upsetting that it’s reached this point. I’ve handled everything in this relationship privately and with respect, even when it hasn’t been easy,” she continued. “This situation is painful and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’m not looking to escalate things any further, I’d like this to end here. I’ve said what feels necessary in response to his actions and I plan on taking time to process and move forward.”

In her next Story posts, Allie shared screenshots of the texts she received from Steven while at Stagecoach and confirmed that the video was nothing more than a clip of her with her “long term friends.”
As seen in the messages, Steven had approached Allie about her apparent cheating after someone reached out to him, asking if he was still with Allie before accusing her of getting “reallllly close with a guy” and deeming her behavior disrespectful.

In other messages sent to Allie from Steven, he went on a profanity-laced rant against her.
“Allie – you wake your f*cking a** up and call me right now … Schedule your flight back to Missouri to come get all your f*cking sh*t and get gone,” he wrote in a couple of texts.
Even after Allie explained that the person in question was a “friend from Nashville,” Steven wasn’t buying it and continued to call her a “f*cking hooker” and accuse her of taking her “t*ts out for literally everyone at Stagecoach.”
He also said it was a “f*cking disgrace how [she dresses] and how sl*tty [she acts]” before encouraging her to “embrace how much of a wh*re [she was].”
“It was my fault for trying to change a street corner wh*re into a good woman,” he added.

As he proceeded to send Allie text after text, he signaled DMs he received on Instagram and “TWO F*CKING calls” he got at 4:00 a.m.
“You f*cking sl*t. You have NO clue what real life is. You’re such a f*cking hooker and apparently always will be,” he wrote, telling her, “Game over b*tch.”
Then, as she wished him the best and warned him that if he sold her belongings, she’d never speak to him again, Steven said all she wanted to do was party and hook up “with every guy possible.”
In another one of Allie’s Stories, she featured messages sent to Calah from Steven in which he accused her of trying to get with another man and demanded she “find an apartment and get the f*ck out of [his] life.”
Steven also accused Calah of having a victim mentality and suggested she was “mentally ill.”
He even complained about moving her late sister’s belongings.
“You need to be in a f*cking straightjacket. I’m done with you,” he declared.

In a separate post, Calah reflected on the heartbreak she endured amid her romance with Steven.
“I’ve stayed quiet on this topic for over a year since Season 2 came out to focus on my healing and moving forward. But seeing everything come out now [and] the texts that were posted… what you’re seeing isn’t new behavior or circumstantial, it’s unfortunately who he is and just a small glimpse into what I experienced over the course of my [three] year relationship with him,” she wrote. “On top of the emotional and verbal abuse I experienced, my character was publicly torn apart and false narratives were pushed about me. I chose to stay silent after the show aired because I felt completely defeated … I’m not sharing this for sympathy. I’m sharing it because my truth deserves to be heard, too.”

The McBee Dynasty season three is coming soon.
