Lenny Hochstein‘s attorney claims video and text message evidence contradict the allegations made by his sexual assault accuser.

After a woman, under the alias Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Lenny, 59, the former husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 43, claiming the plastic surgeon drugged and raped her at his Star Island mansion in May 2025, the attorney revealed plans to use video footage, text messages, and other evidence against her.

According to a June 9 report from TMZ, the woman was seen smiling, speaking to Lenny, and looking completely comfortable as she seemingly danced out of his home and walked to her Uber following their encounter.

In a statement to TMZ, Lenny’s lawyer, Lorne Berkeley, said, “Dr. Hochstein categorically denies the allegations asserted against him. We possess evidence that we believe materially contradicts the claims and evidence that will be presented in the appropriate legal forum.”

Although Lorne did not release the videos, which could confirm the woman’s identity, in full due to the sexual nature, a clip was shared in which her face was blurred.

In addition to the video, the attorney said that the woman had sent text messages to Lenny after the supposed sexual assault in which she asked about his plans for the following night and made it clear that she’d like to see him again.

He then shared that money demands were made in July 2025, nearly a year before the lawsuit was filed.

“We look forward to presenting this evidence to a court to truly reveal this claimant’s motive, which is nothing more than what appears to be a money grab,” he concluded.

Meanwhile, the woman’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, confirmed he was aware of the video and insisted it “[changed] nothing,” denying she was dancing.

As for the texts, he claimed his client was trying to figure out what substance Lenny allegedly gave her, which she claims caused her to black out.

After the alleged incident, the woman sued for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and Lenny denied the allegations in full.
