Taylor Frankie Paul was granted more time with her son, two-year-old Ever, at a custody hearing with Dakota Mortensen on Wednesday.
As a judge told Dakota, 33, not to have the child on his motorcycle and advised the exes against making social media posts about one another, the 32-year-old Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, who allegedly used “less than half” of her allocated time so far, was given additional parenting time.
“For today, [I will] expand the weekends,” the judge declared on July 8, via Us Weekly. “Just to have the weekends carry over into Monday morning instead of Sunday evening.”
He then said that Dakota, who will also have longer weekends with Ever, should never have his son “transported on a motorcycle” after Taylor’s team showcased a picture of the boy on his bike.

After Taylor was accused of posting “disparaging” remarks about Dakota on social media, the judge said that neither would be allowed to post about the other.
“I want to draw the line when it comes to negative comments about each other,” the judge stated. “Eventually it could come back to the child and we want to shield [him] from that.”
Regarding third-party exchanges, the judge continued, “The parent that’s retrieving the child would be the one responsible for having the third party with them for the exchange. I just don’t want them to be alone at the exchanges. I want them to stay away from each other.”
As SLOMW fans may know, Taylor and Dakota have mutual restraining orders against one another stemming from a domestic violence incident between them in February.
Additionally, the judge ruled that a “discover protective order” be put into place to protect both Taylor and Dakota during the exchange of sensitive documents and reprimanded them both for their ongoing drama.
“I get a feeling like there’s a desire to keep the drama going, that it keeps it in the news. Keeps them relevant,” the judge suspected, adding that they were “concerned” about how the back and forth would impact their child.
During a custody hearing earlier this year, Taylor, who also shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, with ex-husband Tate Paul, 32, was restricted to supervised visits with Ever as Dakota was given temporary custody and a restraining order against her. However, she was later granted her own restraining order against him and no longer has to be supervised during visits with Ever.
