Is Kathy Hilton leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after appearing on and off in guest-starring and “friend” roles for the last several years?

Following Amanda Frances‘ exit from the series, which she confirmed earlier this month on Instagram, a new report has revealed which cast members will be returning for season 16, who will not be seen, and whose role will change for the new episodes.

According to Bravo and Cocktails, the primary cast will consist of Kyle Richards, 57, Erika Jayne, 55, Dorit Kemsley, 50, Sutton Stracke, 54, Bozoma Saint John, 49, Rachel Zoe, 54, and Jennifer Tilly, 67, the latter of whom will be allegedly upgraded from her “friend” role to a full-time role.

As for Kathy, 67, and Natalie Swanston Fuller, both of whom appeared as “friends” on season 15, neither party will reportedly reprise their role. That said, Kathy may still be featured on the show, albeit as more of a guest than a “friend.”

While at least one new cast member is expected to be added to the cast, the report said that the newbie would not be Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Tracy Tutor, 51, who has long faced rumors of a potential role on the show.

Crystal Kung Minkoff, 43, has reportedly been in talks as well, and could join the series for season 16 if she’s needed.

Bravo and Cocktails also said that the ladies are headed on a major cast trip to Africa, where members of their production team have already assembled.

On August 5, Amanda shared a statement with her fans and followers on Instagram,

“My time on [RHOBH] is complete,” Amanda wrote. “Saying yes to this show was one of the boldest, wildest, most clarifying things I’ve ever done. And I am genuinely grateful—Grateful for the experience. The women. The viewers who saw me, rooted for me, challenged me, quoted me, misunderstood me, defended me, found my work, bought my books, or simply watched me try to explain metaphysics in a room full of diamonds and side-eyes.”

“It was a ministry, honestly, but I came into this experience with an already-full life. And right now, that life is asking for all of me,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 16 is currently in production.
