Brielle Biermann is pushing forward with plans to marry her fiancé, baseball player Billy Seidl, in November.
Although Brielle’s younger brother, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., 15, is facing seven felony charges as a result of an alleged sexual assault of a female classmate at a gym earlier this year and was recently accused of having sex with an underage relative, Brielle, 29, will not be calling off her fall nuptials.
“The wedding is taking place this year in November,” an insider confirmed to Page Six on September 10. “Despite everything going on with the family, it is still happening.”
As Brielle and Billy, 26, who got engaged in February 2024, near their big day, KJ is on house arrest at the home of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, 48, where he is not only banned from his cell phone and social media, but also from having contact with any of his siblings or the victim of his alleged April assault.
As RHOA fans may have heard, KJ, who was arrested on August 17 and charged with several felonies, including child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment, was allegedly caught on cell phone videos having sex with an underage family member on another occasion.
Prior to the claims about the family member, Kim defended the son she shares with her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 40.
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” she declared, adding that “no DNA belonging to [her] son was found” and warning that “false accusations” can have “devastating consequences” for the person accused and “for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse.”
“I remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth,” she added.
Meanwhile, in a recently resurfaced podcast appearance, Brielle admitted that her younger sibling moves fast with girls.
“KJ is 14 going into high school, and he is fast, okay? I’m like, ‘KJ, calm down. Like, calm down, okay? There’s enough women for later. Like, you’re going into high school. You’re just starting, my man,’” Brielle shared on Heir Time in September 2025. “He’ll call me and be like, ‘Can you Zelle me $100 really quick?’ I’m like, ‘For what?’ He’s like, ‘I’m at the Avalon buying this girl a burger.’ One hundred dollars for a burger? At least take her shopping. Take her to Sephora. Pick out a blush. Something else.”
