Jesse Solomon just dropped $2.5 million on a home in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
After wrapping production on his fourth season of Summer House, Jesse, 31, who recently went public with new castmate Jane Motion, 28, following a post-filming European getaway, has a new three-bedroom, four-bathroom pad to call home — although he will only be living there part-time.
The private tropical compound, which is located in the heart of Melrose, was initially listed for sale in August for $2.395 million, which suggests there may have been a bidding war.
This turnkey oasis, which was previously rented for nearly $12,000 per month, is found past a large gate and tall hedging, which provide plenty of privacy.
The driveway features room for five cars.
The interior of the home is newly redone and features a modern kitchen that opens up to the outdoors.

When Jesse announced his recent home purchase on Instagram, he admitted the home was his “dream house.”
“I’m so excited about it. I’m so grateful I was able to do it, and I’m gonna show you guys the whole journey,” he teased.
Among his planned renovations is turning the guest house into a music studio.
“I’m gonna take you along for the ride, so let me know if there’s any content you guys wanna see. We’re gonna learn how to interior design. We’re gonna end up in [Architectural Digest],” he declared. “We’re gonna get handy, maybe fix a couple things around the house. So, I love you guys. I’m so grateful. I’ve always wanted to live in L.A. [And] I think it’s gonna be great for my music.”
As for whether he’d be relocating from the East Coast, Jesse clarified that he would be traveling back and forth.
Summer House season 11 is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
