Luke Broderick shared a post on Instagram about vaccinations that got the attention of Zack Wickham.
After Luke, 35, the fiancé of Kristen Doute, 43, raised questions about the COVID-19 vaccine in a message he labeled as “rage bait,” Zack, his co-star on The Valley, shared a photo of himself, confirmed that he had gotten the shot, and shaded “conspiracy theories.”
“No ‘vax’ for HIV after 40 years of research … No vax for cancer after more than 100 years of research … No vax for the common cold … and yet a virus mysteriously appears [and] within 12 months a ‘vax’ is found by four pharma companies all within [one] week [and] we are mandated to take it,” Luke’s post, originally shared by Farmacy For Life, read.
“Rage bait,” he added in a hashtag.
Luke then seemingly reacted to the backlash he was flooded with after the message was shared.
“I truly hope that some of these story posts upset people to the point of sending hate messages. This is acknowledgement of the social study I just conducted … and you just might have earned a gold star,” he stated.

Hours later, Zack shared a post of his own.
“Got my flu and COVID vaccine shot today at the [Aids Walk LA],” he declared as he showed off his Walgreens band-aid.
Zack also said, “It’s because of years of extensive research on HIV that we had the technology and swiftness to combat COVID. Science is real. Vaccines save lives. Conspiracy theories and gotcha posts that aren’t fact based put lives at risk.”

Luke’s post comes just months after Kristen was accused of being MAGA, which she denied.
“Can you confirm the reports you’ve gone full MAGA and donated allegedly to a third term for [President Donald Trump]?” a person asked her on Threads in August.
“Talk about f*cking rage bait bullsh*t,” Kristen replied.
Before that, Luke made headlines for his treatment of a postpartum Kristen on The Valley season three. As viewers will recall, Luke often complained about the lack of intimacy he and Kristen had after the birth of their daughter Kaia, 1, and admitted to needing a break from the stress.
“He wants a child and wife but doesn’t want to be a dad and husband,” one person said in response to a clip shared on TikTok.
“Guys, what’s the confusion? He hates her,” said someone else.
Others noted, “Luke is dangerous,” and said, “This show is a documentary on misogyny, settling, and how the nuclear family dynamic destroys women.”
The Valley season four is currently in production.
