Earlier this week, it was revealed that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley‘s Los Angeles home would be sold.
Dorit, 50, and PK, 59, have been entangled in a bitter divorce battle since she filed in April 2025.
One of the biggest issues in their divorce war has been their $7 million Los Angeles home, which had accrued over $6 million in mortgage debt, making a foreclosure a real possibility.
During the hearing when it was decided their home would be sold, it was revealed that Dorit’s legal team had worked out a deal to sell their home, and she hired Buying Beverly Hills star Zach Goldsmith to be the real estate agent on it.
Once it was revealed that Zach was going to be the listing agent on Dorit and PK’s home, some thought it was a snub at RHOBH newbie Tracy Tutor, who had also starred on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
This was likely because the pair had drama in 2025 when Tracy, 51, claimed Dorit “stalked” her and didn’t pay her glam team’s bills.
On Threads, a person wrote, “Dorit pays realtor newbie Tracy Tutor dust and hires Zach Goldsmith from Buying Beverly Hills to sell her home.”

As fans of RHOBH and Buying Beverly Hills recently learned, Zach is the baby daddy of Kyle Richards‘ daughter Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie‘s baby, who is due in November.
After the post hinting that Dorit chose Zach left “Tracy in the dust,” Farrah, 37, took to Threads to respond.
“Tracy and Zach have both been doing this for decades and are both incredibly successful realtors with amazing track records,” Farrah replied. “Zach knows PK and Dorit on his own, nothing to do with me. They have kids in the same grade. Also, Tracy will be great as a new housewife! Love her.”

To date, neither Zach nor Tracy have commented on Dorit’s house sale.
