Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s boys were accused of harassing horses in 2025.
Months before the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple’s oldest son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann, Jr., 15, reportedly committed a sexual assault against a female classmate, and just under a year after he was alleged to have had sex with an underage family member, an alleged police report from November 2025 has surfaced on social media.
“Damn these kids are running a muck with no parental supervision!!!” Bravo Lowdown proclaimed in a September 15 post on Threads, attaching a police report that originated from Plunder True Crime.

In the report regarding a disorderly juvenile, it was noted that a caller had requested police intervention due to a “teenaged male … [who was] on his porch screaming obscenities, throwing firecrackers at the [complainant’s] horseback riding facility.”
“There are also kids present at camps at this location,” the report stated. “[They are] throwing eggs at the [complainant’s] property as well.”
At the time, the perpetrator was described as being “16 to 17,” which appeared to be an age estimate based on appearance. A younger brother was referenced as well.
Kim and Kroy have three sons, so it is not certain which of the kids the claims were about.
“This is not the first time … There [is] also a younger brother at this location,” the document stated.
“They have attempted to contact a parent at this location in the past and he is extremely rude,” it continued, seemingly giving a nod to Kroy, as another note said the caller had “never seen a parent” at the home.
After police responded to the home, per the report, they “made contact with Kim Biermann and advised her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm.”
“Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue,” the documents added.
In addition to the drama surrounding KJ and the shocking allegations against him, Kim and Kroy have also faced personal hardship.
Just last week, Us Weekly reported that Kim owed nearly $150,000 after being hit with two lawsuits, including one from Headway Capital, which sued Kim for $130,000 in April 2026, and Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, which sued her in July over a $17,000 credit card debt.
Meanwhile, Kroy was recently hit with a $64,000 judgment after failing to pay off a gambling debt accrued amid a November 2021 trip to the Bah Mar resort in the Bahamas. As noted by Us Weekly, Sky Warrior was awarded $52,500, “plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs” against Kroy.
