Kroy Biermann has been ordered to pay off a $64,000 gambling debt he racked up amid a November 2021 trip to the Bahamas.
As his 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., was granted a $200,000 bond amid a sexual assault case filed against him earlier this year, the 41-year-old former pro-athlete, who stepped out with estranged wife Kim Zolciak‘s boyfriend’s ex-wife on Sunday, was hit with the five-figure judgment.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on September 12, Sky Warrior, who manages credit lines given out at the Baha Mar Casino, was awarded $52,500, “plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs.”
The outlet also confirmed that Kroy was served the order at his home on August 28, just days after KJ was arrested and later hit with seven charges related to an alleged sexual assault in April, including one count each of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment, as well as three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16. As court documents noted, Kroy and Kim’s oldest son was accused of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating his victim’s vagina.
During a court date last week, before being granted a $200,000 bond, KJ was also accused of having sex with a family member under 12.
Following the hearing, KJ was ordered to remain on house arrest at Kim’s home, where he will attend school online and be banned from social media and his phone. He was also restricted from contacting his victim and from being around anyone under the age of 16, including his siblings, Kane, 14, and twins Kash and Kaia, 12.
According to another report from Page Six, Kroy, who celebrated his 41st birthday on Saturday, was photographed at church on Sunday with Jillian Green, the ex-wife of Kim’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, who he was first spotted with back in May.
During their attendance, Kroy and Jillian seemed calm as they spoke outside of his car while dressed casually in jeans and T-shirts.

The outing was the first time Kroy had been seen since last week’s hearing.
