Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Aydin were involved in a social media feud on Wednesday night after the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
As they live-tweeted during the episode, Jackie took aim at Jennifer’s weight and eating habits in a since-deleted post, which prompted Jennifer to clap back at her on Instagram with a post about her past struggles with anorexia.
“If you watch what you eat you don’t need lipo every week. #justsayin,” Jackie wrote in her now-deleted tweet, which was captured by the Real Housewives Franchise on Instagram.
After seeing what her co-star had tweeted, Jennifer reacted to the diss in the comments section of the screenshot by stating that Jackie needs her eating advice more than she does.
“I’m not stupid enough to come back with a snarky comment to someone who is a recovering anorexic. She can keep that shade all to herself. She needs it more than I do #rhonj,” Jennifer replied.
A short time later, Jackie admitted to being “petty” and offered an apology.
“Yes, it was petty. I was angry but I took it down. Apologies to anyone offended. Happy Thanksgiving,” she wrote.

In addition to Jackie and Jennifer’s feud on Instagram, the women were also at odds on Twitter.
“I’m still too regimented when it comes to food, but I’m a million times better than I once was,” Jackie said of her recovery. “I eat all my meals but I don’t snack much between meals.”
“Part of recovery is learning to deal with ignorance and constant judgment, so this is just par for the course,” she added.

Jennifer then refused to make any additional comments about Jackie’s statements.
“I’m not about to go back-and-forth with anyone who is a recovering anorexic. I have more respect for the disease than that. You can keep that one,” she tweeted.
