RHONJ Joe Giudice with Teresa Giudice

Teresa Giudice is reportedly in deep denial as her husband Joe Giudice faces deportation.

Following a report in which the U.S. Department of Justice’s office confirmed that Joe had been ordered for removal from the United States, an insider claims his Real Housewives of New Jersey star wife is refusing to accept that her husband will likely be sent back to Italy in the coming months.

“She has no feelings or emotions when speaking about it,” a source close to Teresa told Radar Online. “No one has ever made it seem like it was even a possibility that he could be deported.”

Not only is Teresa in denial about Joe’s legal situation, she often talks about the moment when Joe will return to their New Jersey home to her and their four daughters.

“She even says often, ‘When Joe comes home…’ It is horrible,” the source explained.

This week, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review confirmed that a judge had ordered Joe to be “removed from the United States on March 14, 2018.”

“Mr. Giudice applied for a cancellation of removal on May 8, 2018, and filed a motion to terminate on May 24,” the official noted. “Both requests remain pending.”

Last week, a spokesperson for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealed Joe could actually be sent back to his home country of Italy before his 41-month prison sentence comes to an end in March 2019.

“Joe’s convinced he’s not getting deported,” the insider said. “He says it’s not going to happen.”
