Alexis Bellino‘s marriage to Jim Bellino is officially over.
On Monday, the former Real Housewives of Orange County couple filed documents confirming their marriage has come to an end after 13 years and three children, including son James and daughters Mackenna and Melania.
TMZ confirmed the news on August 28.
This makes the second divorce for Alexis, 41, who was previously married to her college sweetheart from 2002 to 2004.
It was only two months ago that Jim filed for divorce from Alexis, citing irreconcilable differences and requesting spousal support.
“We hold one another in the highest regards as spouses, and especially as parents. We have agreed on 50/50 custody of the children, and we ask that you respect our privacy by not theorizing about the reasons for our divorce,” a statement released by the former couple later explained.
Alexis and Jim went on to say that while there have been numerous rumors regarding the decision behind their split, there was nothing “provocative, alluring, or sordid” about their breakup. Instead, they insisted they were supportive of one another as they entered into the next chapter of their lives.
In a second report shared by The Blast, it was revealed that Alexis agreed to hand over a $4 million dollar home to Jim. In Alexis and Jim’s divorce documents, the deed of the home, which the couple purchased in May, was transferred into Jim’s name.
The home boats three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 4,572 square feet of oceanfront property, and a number of impressive features, including a private pool above the beach (seen below), 24/7 security, and marble floors.
After the purchase of the $4 million home in May, Alexis and Jim bought a second property under a trust and later transferred the deed to Alexis. That home, which is located in San Juan Capistrano, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 3,730 square feet of living space.

Alexis joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2009 for season five but left the series in 2013 after appearing on season eight.
