Teresa Giudice insisted she and husband Joe Giudice were not getting a divorce just weeks ago but has she since had a change of heart?
According to a new report, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted “aggressively flirting with and perusing a man in his early 20s” while celebrating New Year’s Eve at Miami hotspot Big Pink.
“Teresa had her hands on his leg,” a source revealed to Us Weekly on January 4. “At points, the two had their hands intertwined, and then the man was rubbing her leg in a romantic way.”
“[It] didn’t seem like she cared if others were looking,” the onlooker adds.
Teresa and Joe have been married for 19 years and share four daughters.
In response to the report, Teresa’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told the outlet his client’s night out with friends was strictly platonic.
“Teresa was out celebrating New Year’s Eve with a large group of men and women while she was in Miami,” he explained. “They are all friends and have all known each other for a significant period of time. It’s a night out with friends, nothing more than that.”
As fans have likely heard, a judge ruled in October of last year that Joe would be deported to Italy after he completes his 41-month prison term this March. Weeks later, Joe filed an appeal but as of yet, the ruling has not been overturned.
Around the time of Joe’s deportation, Teresa told Us Weekly that she wasn’t excited for the holiday season.
“I’m not all about the holidays since Joe is away and since my mom passed,” she said at the time.
As for Joe’s deportation, Teresa told Good Morning America in November, “I never thought I would be in this position.”
“We’ve been through a lot. I’ve gone through ups and downs, like being angry — but listen, I have to stay strong,” she added.
