Heather Dubrow Reveals Where She Stands with Kelly Dodd After Feud and How the RHOC Almost Ruined Her Marriage! Plus Will She Return Next Season?

RHOC's Heather Dubrow Talks Feud with Kelly Dodd & Where They Stand

Heather Dubrow and Kelly Dodd had an awkward run-in at their Orange County gym weeks ago but where do they stand today?

During an interview days ago, Heather opened up about her long-standing feud with her former co-star and she revealed her thoughts on a potential return to The Real Housewives of Orange County, which is expected to begin filming its 14th season in the coming weeks. She also opened up that the Bravo show almost destroyed her marriage to  Dr. Terry Dubrow.

Although Kelly recently labeled Heather as “skeletor” and “joker face” without an apology, Heather, 50, told TooFab on January 25 that she’s done with the drama and isn’t waiting for an “I’m sorry.”

“It’s just not so heavy. I don’t have any weight on it. I don’t really care. This is not my issue,” Heather, the author of the best-selling diet book ‘The Dubrow Diet,’ explained.

In fact, if Heather happens to see Kelly at Orangetheory, where they both work out, she’d “say hello.”

As fans may have seen, Heather was targeted by Kelly on Instagram last month when she secretly recorded her standing at the front door of their gym. In the clip, Kelly complained about Heather’s behavior and labeled her a “b*tch” for blocking the door.

Once she saw the odd video clip, Heather reacted to Kelly’s comments during an episode of her podcast by calling Kelly “obsessed.” In response, Kelly shared a series of tweets in which she accused Heather of being “thirsty” and “irrelevant.”

Heather deals with her fair share of trolls online and when it comes to Kelly’s comments, they didn’t mean much more to her than the every day hater.

“I think in both scenarios, you have to know the source,” she explained. “I think that the people whose opinion I would value over my character and judgment of things that I’ve done — those opinions I value would mean something to me. I think anyone else’s opinion really doesn’t matter.”

As for a potential return to the show, Heather said what she’s been saying since she left, which is, “Never say never.”

“I don’t know! If you had asked me eight years ago, ‘Would you ever do a reality show,’ I’d be like, ‘Nooo! Not happening!’ And here we are. So I say ‘never say never’ because I do so many things I never knew I was ever gonna do. Who knows?” Heather said.

“Not imminently, how about that?” she added. Also during the interview, Heather said she didn’t watch the RHOC before she joined the show and she hasn’t tuned in since she left.

In a separate interview with AOL, Heather revealed how her marriage to Botched star Dr. Dubrow has managed to survive the infamous Housewives divorce curse, although she admitted doing the RHOC did affect their marriage negatively.

“There was a season — I think it was [our] third season [on “RHOC”] — where we were fighting and it wasn’t going well. We were fighting about being on the show and obviously it’s a little too meta to do that on the show, so it looked like we were fighting about something else,” Heather revealed. “We were fighting, and then we sat down and were like, ‘Look, this is not good for our marriage, and we either have to figure out how to do this and be good, or we gotta get off.'”

“And we learned a lot,” she continued. “Marriage is a leap of faith, and you can either grow together or grow apart, and I think we’ve done a really good job at working on the things like going on date nights, having sex, knowing how to fight.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 14 will air on Bravo TV later this year.
