According to court documents, the Southern Charm cast member recently requested a court hearing in hopes of being granted primary custody of four-year-old Kensington and three-year-old Saint Julien and restricting Thomas “from exposing the minor children to Ashley Jacobs in any manner whatsoever.”
On April 25, The Blast shared details regarding Kathryn’s filing, revealing that she wants Thomas limited to visitation and doesn’t want Ashley sharing any images of their kids online.
The outlet also shared a statement from Ashley, who seemed puzzled as to why Kathryn mentioned her in the court documents.
“The fact my name was included in Kathryn’s filing is hysterical and she is only trying to stir things up with the show premiere only weeks away … Why are you dragging me into the middle of this, Kathryn?” she asked.
As Southern Charm fans have surely heard, Kathryn filed for primary custody of her two children in October after Thomas was arrested on charges related to a sexual assault. Then, the following month, Thomas sued Bravo TV and Southern Charm producers amid their custody battle.
In his lawsuit against Bravo TV and his former producers, Thomas requested a judge restrict the network from airing unseen footage of Kathryn talking about their custody battle with her kids on the series’ upcoming season and accused producers of encouraging Kathryn to make her custody filing in an effort to create drama for the show.
Southern Charm season six premieres Wednesday, May 15 at 8 p.m. on Bravo TV.
