Lisa Rinna Says RHOBH Contract Requires Lisa Vanderpump to Attend Reunion and Reveals If She Wants Her Fired, Plus She Claps Back at Critics on Twitter

Lisa Rinna is weighing in on Lisa Vanderpump‘s upcoming attendance at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season nine reunion.

In a series of posts shared on Twitter on Monday, May 13, Lisa R. reacted to curious fans who wondered why Lisa V. is considering skipping the upcoming event and revealed if she believes Lisa V. should be fired from the show for her refusal to film with the rest of the ladies.

“Since when do [housewives] perceive the reunion as optional? It’s a part of the job. Sheesh,” a fan wrote earlier this week.

“The reunion is part of the job description,” Lisa R. agreed. “If you don’t go don’t you get fired? That is the precedent that has been set from what I have seen. So I’m sure all will be there.”

As fans may recall, Adrienne Maloof skipped the season three reunion and was not included in the cast the following year. Although she did later appear on the series in a guest-starring role, she was never again featured as a “housewife.”

“Let me get this straight didn’t all of the women say Adrienne should have shown up for the reunion if you sign up to do this show you should blah blah blah…. isn’t that on film somewhere?” Lisa R. wondered. “Since y’all seem so clear about all of this.”

Amid Lisa R.’s rant about the reunion, which is set to film in June, she began receiving comments from her online audience in which she was accused of trying to have Lisa V. fired from the show.

“All you’ve ever wanted is [Lisa V.] fired and now probably Camille because she doesn’t follow the crowd!!” one person said.

In response to the fan’s statements, Lisa R. denied wanting Lisa V. to be axed from the series and said she’s simply pointing out the terms of their contracts.

“I don’t want anyone fired just stating what I know to be what is expected of us per our contract,” she explained.

“It’s a job I know it’s hard for you all to see that but it’s a job. You choose to do it or not,” Lisa R. continued. “No one puts a gun to your head. It’s your choice. We sign contracts to do this JOB. The end. If you don’t want to do the job then you leave. The end.”

After Lisa R.’s tweet was shared, one person agreed with what she said about the show being a job but added that Lisa V. has been faced with months of “harassment” from her and her co-stars.

Following the comment, Lisa R. pointed out that Lisa V. is not the only person from the show who’s been faced with backlash online. In fact, she deals with bashing constantly.

“How about all of the bashing we have endured here? Months later? But that’s ok?” Lisa R. wondered.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season nine airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
