Faye Resnick is hoping to unload her Hollywood Hills home with the help of her longtime best friend Kyle Richards‘ husband, Mauricio Umansky, and daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie.
According to a new report, Faye, who is often seen alongside Kyle and her family on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has listed her three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with Mauricio’s real estate firm, The Agency, where both his stepdaughter, Farrah, and younger daughter, Alexia Umansky, are employed.
Bravo TV’s Home & Design shared the news with readers on December 11, revealing that Farrah first posted details about the 3,581-square-foot home on her Instagram page in November and told her fans and followers the property had been listed for $2,495,000.
In Farrah’s description, Faye’s home was described as a peaceful Spanish-style, designer-done retreat with plenty of outdoor living space and stunning canyon views.
Faye’s kitchen is connected to her family room, which has direct access to her pool.
Hardwood floors can be seen throughout the residence.
The master bedroom boasts its own fireplace and a large walk-in closet.
Another bedroom can be found on the lower level of the home.
Faye’s lush outdoor space boasts a mid-sized swimming pool and space for lounging.
Faye’s place also boasts a four-car garage and an additional den or office space.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 will air on Bravo TV sometime next year.
