Stassi Schroeder Reveals Her New Wedding Date! Plus the Vanderpump Rules Star Defends Not Wanting to Be Friends With Kristen and Explains Why She and Her Co-Stars Need a Spinoff

Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark have a new wedding date in mind.

During Friday’s episode of her podcast, the Vanderpump Rules cast member opened up about the way in which the coronavirus pandemic has impacted her plans for an Italian wedding this October before dishing on recent reunion taping for season eight and explaining why she and her castmates need a “transitional” spinoff.

“We’re 99 percent sure that it’s going to be a year from where we planned. So next year, 2021, October,” Stassi revealed on Straight Up With Stassi.

While Stassi and Beau were hopeful that they would be able to move forward with their October 2020 event, Stassi believes it will simply be too much to ask people to travel out of the country. That said, she isn’t too upset about the postponement of her wedding and said she’s “lost [her] bridezilla charm.”

“I’m so easy-going now because I don’t care about testing the food. I don’t care if the flowers are wilted. I just want to get there and once we’re able to get to Rome, I don’t care if only five people show up. The fact that I’ll be able to be there is all I care about. It could be a ratchet wedding in Italy and I’ll be fine,” Stassi admitted.

Looking back at the season 8 finale episode of Pump Rules, Stassi said she wasn’t emotional watching the ongoing fallout between her and Kristen Doute play out before suggesting that they were very much at odds during the reunion.

“I would have been sad if the reunion went a little differently. But I got so annoyed at the reunion and pissed off at people that I’m like, ‘F**k this anyway,’” she shared. “I was like, ‘I’m so sick of people giving me a hard time because I’m not allowed to chose who I want to hang out with.’ If I hear that I am a mean girl one more time for making my own decisions one more time I’m going to be like, ‘Fine. I’m a f**king mean girl.’”

Over the past couple of seasons, Stassi and Kristen have been growing apart and as Stassi prepares to get married and start a family, as many of her co-stars are also doing, she believes a Pump Rules spinoff should be launched.

“We need a spinoff with those of us who are in this transition period. We’re too old to do the stupid sh*t I used to do season one and two of Vanderpump Rules. Life is a little different now. I’ve grown up a tad but we’re too young to be Housewives material. Can someone find a transitional show for us?” she wondered.
