As Leah was seen in the midst of a booze-fueled “hurricane,” as she described it, Avery prompted a clap back from Leah when she shared a series of video clips on her Instagram Stories in which she was seen talking to her mom about the embarrassing behavior of her co-stars.
“Mom, this is actually nuts,” Avery noted as Leah was seen on a TV screen kicking her legs in the air as Sonja Morgan attempted to calm her down.
“Imagine me being there hosting this beautiful party and this goes on. It’s like, ‘Ah!'” Ramona replied.
“This is nuts. I’m embarrassed for you. How are you associated with them? Mom!” Avery continued as Leah was seen lying on the ground with her legs spread.
“How do you think I feel?” Ramona asked. “She’s my new friend… I wasn’t happy.”
Then, after Avery applauded her mother for handling the situation with “absolute grace,” Ramona told her she is the “voice of reason.”
In response to Avery’s rant, Leah shared a number of Instagram Stories of her own, the first of which said it is Avery who should be embarrassed.
“It’s ok Avery, we’ve been embarrassed for you for YEARS,” read a message Leah re-shared from a fan.
Leah then addressed Ramona directly. She wondered why she would allow her daughter to stick herself in the midst of their drama.
“[Ramona Singer] are you sure you wanna involve [Avery Singer] in our drama? She’s 25 so she’s fair game to me. In fact I’m closer in age to her [than] I am to you,” Leah wrote with a screenshot of a message that slammed Ramona for having Avery do her dirty work.
After another fan sent a message to Leah, telling her that Avery acts like she hates RHONY but name-drops her mom all over town, Leah took up the fan’s offer to “drag Avery.”
“Sit down sweetie,” she wrote in a message to Ramona’s daughter.
In a third screenshot, Leah was reminded that if it weren’t for Ramona’s role on RHONY, Avery wouldn’t have the same lifestyle.
“Omg Avery wtf like sit down gf! The only reason you have this lavish, privileged lifestyle and clout YOU LIVE FOR is bc your mom is on a show that’s ‘associated’ with those people you find so ‘embarrassing’! What a joke! Love you and all the [RHONY] ladies! Never change who you are!” the fan wrote.
“Seriously why are you involving [your] daughter [Ramona Singer]?” Leah replied.
Ahead of Thursday night’s new episode of RHONY, Leah described herself as “Hurricane Leah” before admitting that she didn’t want to participate with her castmates’ trip to Rhode Island because she didn’t know her co-stars that well at the time and was already in a vulnerable mood.
Leah then reminded her online audience that Ramona has done a number of questionable things on the show in past years.
“Yes, you heard it right: the woman who defecates on hotel room floors (and expects others to clean it up), who calls her own friends fat, and who tries to flex on IG during a pandemic is supposedly embarrassed that I got sh*tfaced. Please!”

Hurricane season is here and tonight it’s “Hurricane Leah". I want to preface this episode by saying I went on this trip to Rhode Island not really wanting to even go. I didn’t know the women that well at this point, and I was in an already-vulnerable mood. I wanted my sister there for support. She was also six months postpartum and looking forward to her first baby-free overnight trip. Moms: haven’t we all been there? But enough about me. Tune in tonight for Ramona. Watch her get embarrassed by MY “bad” behavior. Yes, you heard it right: the woman who defecates on hotel room floors (and expects others to clean it up), who calls her own friends fat, and who tries to flex on IG during a pandemic is supposedly embarrassed that I got shitfaced. Please! #RHONY #BravoTV #illsavetherestforthereunion
