Kelly Dodd's Husband Rick Leventhal Lists Hampton Home for $1.39 Million

Kelly Dodd‘s husband, Rick Leventhal, has just listed his Westhampton home.

Days after the Real Housewives of Orange County cast member said she’s not an “East Coast person” and admitted she was trying to convince Rick to unload his East Coast properties because the “weather sucks,” she confirmed on Twitter that Rick had obliged by sharing a link to the listing of his four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Described as having a “beachy atmosphere and bay views,” Rick’s home is being offered both for sale and as a rental by Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

According to the listing, Rick’s home features a heated pool, tiki bar, and multiple decks, one of which boasts views of the nearby bay, and it offers one-story living.

Hardwood floors can be found throughout the home and in the updated chef’s kitchen.

Rick’s property has four bedrooms, two of which have natural light coming in from two walls.

Two smaller bedrooms feature smaller windows.

For the four bedrooms, there are two bathrooms with pedestal sinks.

The smaller of the two bathrooms seem to have a tiled bathtub area.

Outside of the home is plenty of entertaining space and a grassy yard.

Rick’s in-ground pool is 20 feet by 45 feet and made of vinyl.

On the roof of Rick’s property is a large wooden deck with stunning views.

In June of last year, months before saying “I do” to the RHOC star, Rick, an anchor for Fox News, sold off his $825,000 apartment in New York City as he relocated from the company’s Big Apple office to their West Coast location.

“Rick just put his place on the market this week because he’s relocating to California and our new house in Newport Beach,” Kelly told PEOPLE at the time. “His future is here with me in California and we’re both so excited for his move.”
