Vicki Gunvalson is confirming she has sold her gorgeous North Carolina lake home at full price after just one day on the market.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star purchased the home back in August without so much as a simple walkthrough. She discovered the home online and scooped it up sight-unseen so she would have a place to stay when visiting her daughter, Briana Culberson.

Over the weekend, Vicki confirmed that after listing her lake house on the heels of Ryan and Briana Culberson‘s relocation to Oklahoma, she received a full price offer.

“I got a full price offer day one on the market for my [North Carolina] log house yesterday,” she revealed in a post shared on Instagram on February 7, adding that she is moving “on to the next project.”

Vicki has made some gutsy moves in 2020 when it comes to real estate, as she also placed her Cota de Caza home of 20 years on the market and also purchased a condo in Puerto Vallarta.

When the OG of the OC finally did see her lake home in person, she expressed it was “everything [she] thought it would be,” but she admitted it needed a few updates. She began renovating soon after.

“Well after spending almost 3 weeks in NC, I welcomed my beautiful newest grandson Hank into the world and was able to get my Lakehouse completed with all of the furniture and accessories,” she captioned her Instagram post showing off her tasteful decor and design. “Thanks to [Cindy Shockey] for her incredible vision to create the look that I envisioned. Looking forward to creating many memories with my family and friends here, writing several hashtags including “family” and “lake life.”

The great room includes a classic, white sectional couch with umber colored wooden furniture, which really helps add a pop of color. The decor is minimal but refined.

This sitting area has a cozy vibe and the unique artwork on the wall adds a modern feel. The circular rug fits perfectly with the rounded chairs and the round plant stands and table.

In the master bedroom, she went with classic furniture that meshes perfectly with the log cabin style home. With the gorgeous wood paneling and the rectangular-shaped window above the bed, not much was needed to make this room stunning. The room includes a balcony overlooking spectacular views, which helps make this master extra romantic.

The stone fireplace seems extremely inviting and will be the perfect place to gather ’round on those cold North Carolina nights.

One of the guest bedrooms features adorable bunk beds, which would have obviously been perfect for sleepovers with her three grandsons, Troy, eight, Owen, six, and Hank, three months.

The oversized kitchen features gorgeous countertops with a super elegant light fixture hanging above the modern kitchen table.

For the time being, Vicki still owns her condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
