Tamra Judge is removing her breast implants for the second time.

As rumors continue to swirl in regard to her potential “friend” role on The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16, Tamra has taken to her Instagram Stories to confirm her upcoming explant surgery and explain why she made the decision to go implant-free yet again.

“Explant surgery pre-op bye bye bye boobies,” Tamra wrote in the caption of a June 29 photo, which featured her topless with oranges over her breasts.

Hours later, Tamra hosted a Q&A with her fans and followers.

“But why [are you] removing [yours]? Sorry for asking. Been disconnected for a bit,” one person wrote.

“Autoimmune issues,” Tamra replied.

Then, after a second fan said she would feel “alive from the inside after [her] surgery, Tamra said she couldn’t wait before opening up about a couple of symptoms she’s been experiencing.

“I can’t wait! Tired of being tired and inflamed,” she shared.

As her Q&A continued, the former RHOC cast member was approached by a third fan who said they thought Tamra “did that years ago” in regard to her upcoming surgery.

In response, Tamra confirmed that she had her first explant surgery nearly a decade ago before ultimately going under the knife yet again for another set of breast implants.

“I did about [nine] years ago. About [five] years ago I put very small 125cc implants in,” she explained.

In January, after rumors first began swirling about Tamra’s potential return to RHOC, the mother-of-four admitted that the yet-to-be-confirmed reports were making it harder for her to move on.

“To be honest, it’s kind of screwing with my head a little bit because it took me a certain amount of months just to say, ‘you know what, I’m over it [and] I don’t want to do this anymore,’” she shared on the Everything Iconic podcast. “I have to move forward, but it’s really hard because I’m reminded of it every single day.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16 is expected to begin filming sometime this month.
