Lisa Rinna won’t let up in her efforts to prove Sutton Stracke did not purchase $10,000 tickets for her and husband Harry Hamlin to attend the Elton John Gala in 2019.
After Sutton claimed on Watch What Happens Live that she never got a “thank you” after inviting Lisa and Harry to the event and dropping quite a lot of money on their tickets, the longtime Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a series of “petty” posts about the issue.
With a throwback photo from the event, Lisa wrote, “The Elton John Oscar Party February 25, 2019. Guests of Elton, not Sutton. But I love that Sutton bought a table, and all of the money went to the [Elton John] aids foundation. That’s a good thing! I loved this look! And yes I am this petty.”
Following the posts, Lisa received a number of questions from her fans and followers, one of whom suggested that if she and Harry sat at Sutton’s table, she owed Sutton a “thank you.”
“If someone pays for your ticket and you sit at their table, that means you’re that persons guest to Elton John’s fundraiser and should say thank you,” they wrote, then admitting they were “so confused” and asking, “Are you saying you didn’t sit at her table and you purchased your own $10,000 per plate tickets?”
But Lisa wouldn’t say, point-blank, who paid for the tickets. Instead, she stuck to her guns and said that Elton John was the only person deserving of a “thank you.”
“Thank you Elton John. Period,” she replied.
Lisa also took to her Instagram Story to reference the drama between her and her RHOBH co-star with a song from The Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps.
“Money can’t buy you class… Money can’t buy you class… Elegance is learned my friends… Elegance is learned,” read her post.
Back in 2019, Sutton’s close friend, actress Jennifer Tilly, who was also in attendance at the event, shared a photo of herself posing with Lisa and Harry as Sutton was seen sitting at a table behind them.

During Wednesday’s WWHL, after Lisa denied she paid for her tickets, Sutton insisted she had.
“We’re going to have words about this. I purchased [the $10,000 tickets] for them… and I had other people with me, as well,” she said.
“Perhaps they did not know that I actually bought those tickets for them. Maybe that’s a miscommunication,” Sutton added.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
