RHOBH: Erika Jayne's Estranged Husband Thomas Girardi Reportedly Living In $8,000 A Month Senior Facility As Judge Orders Thomas' Bank Records Be Turned OverErika Jayne‘s estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, is reportedly living in a luxury senior living facility despite owing millions while investigators get a little closer to finding the money the disbarred attorney owes to his alleged victims.

Since the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce from Thomas in November 2020, both of their lives have been in shambles. As fans well know, Thomas has been accused of embezzling millions from his former clients and Erika has been accused of filing a “sham divorce” in order to help the once-respected attorney hide assets.

However, while Erika lives in a $9,500 per month rental in Los Angles, Thomas has now moved out of the Pasadena mansion they once shared and into an $8,000 a month assisted living facility in Burbank.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Thomas is currently only receiving $3,000 a month in social security, so his brother and conservator, Robert Girardi, is paying the disbarred attorney’s bills.

Robert claims in the documents, “Tom’s health and finances require that he be at a skilled nursing facility,” due to his early-onset dementia and Alzheimer’s. Furthermore, Robert also noted that Thomas is dealing with “blindness in right eye, glaucoma in right eye,” along with major hearing issues.

Robert informed the judge that he intends to visit his brother once a month, but he said he has other family members that check in on him from time to time.

Meanwhile, Radar Online is also reporting that a judge has ordered Chase and Citi Bank to turn over records of the accounts Thomas had with them. This comes after the trustee overseeing Thomas’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy case recently uncovered multiple secret bank accounts.

According to the court docs, the trustee believes there could be money in the Chase and Citi Bank accounts, which could potentially be returned to his alleged victims.

Nevertheless, it’s highly unlikely investigators will locate enough money to cover the whopping $101 million Thomas reportedly owes to creditors and his former clients.

As for Erika, she’s currently facing a $25 million lawsuit filed by the trustee, which is the amount they claim she fraudulently received from Thomas’ Girardi Keese law firm in order to fund her lavish lifestyle. As of the time being, the reality star has yet to return a penny to the estate.
